Beth holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mount Mercy University. She specializes in working with couples, individual adults, and children aged 10 and above. Her clinical focus areas include grief, family therapy, couples at all stages, anxiety, and guidance through life's transitions. Beth employs an Experiential therapy model, Family Systems theory, and Solution Focused Therapy in her practice. Through techniques like sand tray, art, and talk therapy, her goal is to assist you in rediscovering your inner strength.

Courtney holds a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Buena Vista University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (t-LMHC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with 8+ years’ experience.
Courtney has worked at varying levels of care in the areas of substance use and mental health. Courtney has provided substance use and mental health treatment to those in residential treatment, community services, probation/parole and juvenile justice services. Through this, she has developed a large tool chest of skills used to empower those she works with. These tools allow her to accurately perceive and quickly understand clients’ experiences while assisting them and their families in creating and developing lasting change in their lives. During therapy, we will utilize a variety of different methods based on your concerns. Professionally, these methods are known as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy.
